L’uomo e la Pietra
Dalle Alpi Apuane trae origine l’oro bianco, il marmo di Carrara, tra le varietà più pregiate e famose al mondo, da cui artisti del calibro di Michelangelo hanno portato alla luce l’anima, regalando bellezza e fama eterna. La mano dell’uomo che plasma l’opera grandiosa della natura e ne forgia blocchi preziosi. Un marmo impenetrabile e vivo, che nei secoli ha contribuito a scrivere la grandiosità di sculture ed opere architettoniche in Italia e nel mondo, che sfida il tempo senza mai divenire desueto, piuttosto si arricchisce e diventa sempre più prezioso. Una distesa bianca visibile persino dallo spazio, come un enorme campo di neve, che trova sempre più richiesta per il candore e la peculiarità dei materiali che ne fanno una fonte preziosa ed unica. L’uomo con e per il marmo, che lo estrae e lo lavora, lo rispetta e lo valorizza. Mentre tutto intorno il paesaggio sembra versare lacrime bianche fino a valle, come al momento di un doloroso distacco.
